Personal Injury
With more than 30 years of experience representing seriously injured accident victims in personal injury lawsuits, Attorney Eric Weinberg has recovered on behalf of the firm’s clients: $8.4 million in a motor vehicle accident with paralysis; $1.7 million in a wrongful death pedestrian accident; $750,000 in a trench collapse accident; $450,000 in a truck accident; and $350,000 in a construction site fall accident.
Defective Consumer Products
The Weinberg Law Firm represents individuals injured by defective consumer products recovering for example, $1.6 million and $1.1 million on behalf of clients injured while diving into defectively designed swimming pools.
Medical Devices
The Weinberg Law Firm has represented individuals injured by defective medical devices including for example, DePuy hip joints and a defectively designed apnea monitor lawsuit resulting in a $550,000 recovery. We are currently assisting individuals injured by vaginal mesh, power morcellators, IVC filters, and endoscopes/duodenoscopes as well as other medical devices. Medical Malpractice
Mr. Weinberg recently obtained a $ 2.8 million jury verdict in a medical malpractice lawsuit and recovery on behalf of the family of a patient who died as the result of an undiagnosed pulmonary embolism following orthopedic surgery.
Pharmaceutical Drugs
The Weinberg Law Firm has represented thousands of individuals injured by dangerous, defective, or mislabeled medications, including for example, Vioxx, Pradaxa, Baycol, contaminated Blood Clotting Factors, and Ortho Evra.
Food Poisoning
The Weinberg Law Firm has assisted hundreds of food poisoning victims and their families obtain compensation for medical expenses, pain and suffering, and lost wages.
