H&C Food Inc. Enoki Mushrooms Recall News – H&C Food Inc. (H&C Food) of Brooklyn, NY recalls their enoki mushrooms after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) linked Listeria monocytogenes (Listeria) to Green Co., of Korea. H&C Food imports their enoki mushrooms from Green Co.
H&C Food Enoki Mushrooms Recall Information
On April 7, 2020, H&C Food issued a recall for its 7.05oz (200g) enoki mushrooms product. H&C Food’s enoki mushrooms were distributed to New York, Maryland, and Virginia areas through Great Wall Supermarket from February 15th, 2020 to March 5th, 2020.
The enoki mushrooms products come in clear plastic packaging with a green label, UPC#831211204181, 25 packs/net weight, 5kg per carton. The “H&C Food Inc.” company name can be found on the back of the clear plastic packaging.
Customers who have purchased 7.05oz (200g) enoki mushrooms from H&C Food, imported from Green Co. in Korea, are urged to return them to the place of purchase for a refund.
